For us to design your ad, all you need to do is provide us with the photo or artwork for the design; we will take care of the rest. Be aware that you are responsible for securing any applicable copyrights for photos, logos, or artwork used in your ad. See below for the sizes (in inches) of our available ad sizes.

Our preferred ad files are:

  • High resolution PDF files

  • in CMYK color mode

  • minimum 300 dpi

    But we can also accept Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Quark XPress files.

Chicago Ad Magazine is published every 2 week, on the first of each month.  For any rush orders, contact your sales representative. After the deadline, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee placement of your ad that week.
